The den reason I said no for recommendations is ,when I ordered the vehicle on the phone Stressed i wanted a pick up truck. Person said yes 8or 10 ft truck I ordered 8 ft. When I arrived yestetday to pick up truck. Person on duty told they only had box trucks I am77 year old female I had no choice bit to take the truck offered. I had to change a few of my plans . Got the job completed Was very uncomfortable driving the box vehicle oy es the fault of the person taking the phone order very misleading

Your website sucks. It kicked me out halfway through taking the photos about 7 times. I was alone, at night, in a dark lot trying to return the stupid truck for 20 minutes taking the same shots over and over. Not okay

MICHELE WI was.explicit I wanted the truck to take unwanted furnishings to the dump. When I got final bill, there was a $15 charge for safe trip. Mind you it was $15.out of $80 bill, so not insignificant. Wasnt given an explanation, nor even aware.it was being added to "agreement. I still dont even know what it is except a way to make some.free.money. Very disappointed...
