Les temps d'attentes est toujours trop long, les procédures de location sont très longue quand les gens ne réserve pas avant de se présenter. Dans mon cas, ça été vite... moin de 5 min une fois que j'ai eu un proposé... sauf que j'ai dû tourné en rond pendant 45 minutes avant...

I arrived at 9:00 and proceeded to do express check in with my smart phone. Need less to say I left your location at 9.45 I was not impressed. 45 minutes to get a verification code.would have been quicker to just wait in line. After I leave I then recieved a email stating I have the truck for 4 hours. 9am to 1pm. In reality the time you made me wait should not have been counted I was fuming by this point the people I hired were going to leave.sofice to say my experience was less than pleasurable. Customer Service was exceptional. We had trouble with the online checkout return of the truck and the Uhaul employee was very helpful and we instead were able to return the truck with him. I will definitely be using U-haul again for any move as I was very impressed with the full range of service options offered and the customer service was so very helpful.

- The lady at the counter has an attitude and talks rudely to the clients. Jay, on the other hand, is helpful and polite. - The truck dropping and the online checkout were painful endings to a tiring moving day. I had to get out of my vehicle multiple times to take pictures of the driver side, back of the truck, and the parking location in A CHILLY AND RAINY night. Online checkout should be an efficient procedure for customers. I actually would like U-hall to reimburse me for the bad experience they made me go through.

Very disappointed, and frustrated. My credit card was charged for another customer's rental. However it happened, it happened and inconvenienced me to chase down getting my return, without even an apology, explanation, or compensation for my troubles. To make matters worse, my rental was not even at this location .... how the heck does that happen??? Completely disorganized and Customer Service is a foreign concept. Never again.

L'endroit nous a satisfait, néanmoins nous avons dû nous déplacer depuis un autre centre d'entreposage situé à 20 km de là. Selon notre reçu, nous croyions avoir un local d'entreposage de réservé, mais lorsque nous sommes arrivés il n'y en avait plus de disponible. Bref, faire 20 km de plus après 160 km de route et devoir faire des appels pour trouver un endroit qui a de la place, c'était un peu moyen. Cet aspect pourrait être amélioré. Merci

I waited 90 minutes to leave with a trailer I had reserved one week early. There was only one person at the desk during the years busiest moving period. The guy in front of me checked the Google reviews of this facility in Lachine and they were very poor. Somebody doesn't get it. One girl showed up to help a customer who had a credit card issue and she was vocally totally unapologetic for the ridiculous delays. There were 12 people or more behind me. At 15 minutes per customer they weren't going to get out of there for maybe 3 hours. I will NEVER rent from this location again.

Je voulais à la base un camion de Lachine vers st-hyacinthe le 8 juin en aller simple. La premiere personne à qui j'ai parlé m'a gatantie la localisation. 1 mois plus tard, on m'apelle pour me dire que la localisation n'est pas garantie avec les allers simples donc je dois faire un aller retour... on m'a dit que j'aurais un rabais sur ma facture étant donné l'erreur de communication du premier préposé, que je ne vois pas sur ma facture, pouvez vous me dire si je l'ai eu? Nous avons attendu 1h avant de pouvoir parler à la préposée le jour de notre demenagement pour récupérer notre camion. Il y avait réellement un manque de personnel. J'ai reçu ma facture aujourd'hui et on m'a chargé 70$ de plus que ce que j'ai payé au départ... pourquoi?? Merci de m'éclairer !

The 24/7 program needs a little work. If my contract had been properly filled out, then I would have given this 5 stars. But because there was no dolly, when a dolly was ordered, I had to waste an hour in line, and on the phone with customer service. Luckily once I was able to talk to someone, the problem was rectified. But, the problem would not have occured if Every thing was prepared

Le matériel payé en soumission internet a l'avance n'est pas garanti. Je n'ai pas eu accès a un diable a électroménager tel que payé a l'avance et on m'a forcée a acheter des sangles a la place. le camion est tombé en panne puisque la batterie était vieille et faible. La barrure de la porte est restée coincée: i la fallu 4 personnes pour la décoincer et ainsi être capable de fermer la porte. L'essence n'était même pas au quart: il a fallu que je mette de l'essence avant même de débuter le déménagement. Le service de dépannage ne s'est jamais présenté: j'ai du payer 30$ pour me faire booster par un taxi. Somme qu'on refuse de me remettre chez U-Haul. J,ai demandé si le camion était traité pour les punaises de lit et on m'a dit que ce n'était pas la responsabilité de la compagnie de vérifier ce genre de chose et cela dans la période chaude des déménagements...

Do not charge for additional gas when tank was at 1/4 as we received it Further the clerk at the counter said we are late to return the truck at 4.30pm when we requested a full day from 8.30- 5.00 pm. We demand a credit for all gas charges that are added to this invoice,$30.00plus$ 22.49 plus applicable taxes.

L'établissement oui, mais UHAUL en général, plus jamais !! RIEN ne m'a été expliqué comme il faut Le matin de la réservation il n'y avait pas de camion 20 pieds tel que réservé 2 mois plus tôt. Le matin même nous avons dû attendre 1h30 pour récupérer notre camion. De la pure merde votre service.
