We received a U-Haul that had a hole in the roof that was taped with one piece of duck tape. It was raining the entire 3 days that we were moving.As a result, I have at least $10,000 worth of damage to my mattresses, beds, water damage to my nightstands, etc. I don’t even know where to begin with how upset I am. I’ll be filing an insurance claim. I should have used Penske.

Charell Wso far I have been over charged for some reason.. I dropped the equipment off Sunday night and notified them. and it was not checked in until tuesday at 7 am when the store was not even open. I will be happy when my money is refunded.
