MARK DThe truck I reserved online was not available when I arrived at this location. In order to continue with my plans for the day I needed to now purchase a more expensive rental and was not provided any discount for the system's error. Additionally, I was met with rude employees at the return whom all raised their voice at me when I asked a question. I will not be returning here nor do I recommend using U-haul services any longer.
Christopher EThe twisting lock mechanism on the trailer kept loosening up during the trip which caused extra stops. The service during the pick up process was excellent, but the trailer was terrible and needs to be fixed before it is rented out again.
