The truck was a 2025 but leaked water into the back and damaged quite a bit of our things. The pickup location and got changed on us too

Joshua AThe online booking experience wasn't that great. I felt the operator was trying to upsell me at every chance. I knew what I wanted and didn't need the closing techniques. Also, he kept trying to get me to drop off and pickup at spots that I didn't want to drive to. Why would I pickup so far away from my initial destination and drop off? Once I was locked in it went smooth. The rates online seemed less than what I was charged!
