Had a guaranteed pickup in Nanaimo. When I arrived they told me that they had no truck and that the truck would have to be picked up in ladysmith. This cost me additional gas, km’s, time and put me in and I was u able to make my ferry that was reserved. U-Haul did nothing for me and wasn’t even willing to give me a discount.

Several uhaul locations in Vancouver screwed me on my equipment reservations after driving three days to get there to pick up my equipment. After I had reserved the equipment they later called to just say they didn’t have it. The gentleman
Christopher MLower costs, it was over $200 to rent a 24' for 24 hours. I didn't need a 24' truck, something smaller would have worked, however I wanted to rent from Junction mini storage because they are awesome to work with.
Paul PI returned the vehicle dolly back at 10:00 am. The paperwork was processed at 1:00 pm and I was charged an additional fee.
