We tried to call the 1-800 number SEVERAL times for assistance throughout the day to get questions answered and waited, waited, waited,....still waiting....for someone to answer. We self-returned on-line/cell using your process in hopes that all would work out. I need to say, leaving our trailer unsupervised is a bit unnerving. Not really conducive to 24/7 drop-off. Oh still waiting for someone to answer the phone... The price for simply using it to drive down one way was pretty astronomical. We are at 18mins still waiting for someone to answer the phone. The Victoria pick up did not have the trailor as I was promised. If there had been any other alternative available I would not have delt with U-haul and I only use them again in desperation.

Back of truck had a large puddle in it at pick up caused by a large leak in the upper front passenger corner of the boxes. I was offered a 15 foot truck instead of the 20-foot truck I had which was not an option and would not fit my stuff so I had to to take it. Even though a 26-foot truck was sitting on the lot. During the move I put a computer on the front passenger seat to keep it dry do to the leak in the boxe of the truck. Only to come back to the computer with a large puddle on it from a second leak in the cabe. Windows and doors were fully closed.

I asked for the Manager to call me a taxi so I could return home after dropping off the truck. Instead of having me wait half an hour for a taxi, he closed up for about 20 minutes while he personally ran me back to town.
