Terrible customer service. couldn't figure out how to process my payment, kept helping other customers in the middle of trying to resolve it. I finally called customer service line because she said she didn't have any number to call. Finally got in touch with area rep, who said the location should have his cell phone number. I had to suggest cancelling existing reservation and trying a new one, which eventually worked. Then she couldn't tell me where the truck was in the lot. I asked about doing a walk around for existing damage, and she said it was all in good condition and we didn't need to and walked away. I subsequently found several dents/scratches/etc, which is fine, truck doesn't have to be perfect, but I wanted them documented so I wasn't charged for them. I did submit damage report on the website through automated text, so hopefully that will be OK. Overall, UHaul themselves was fine, but the location was completely unknowledgeable and unhelpful.
