Kenneth FNothing I had reserved was pre staged in the truck. Took about 20 minutes to get the keys after being asked and forced to reanswer and provide information already given with the online reservation. What is the point of the reservation and providing all of the information if I will just have to give it again. The final straw was she changed my drop off location without my knowledge or consent. I made it work but that is a completely unacceptable practice.
