Julion FI truly can't think of anything that needed improvement on. The renting process was easy, the person that helped me was friendly, went over certain things I needed to know about the truck. Answered all my questions and if I called and wasn't avaiable, she wasted no time getting back to me. Sadly, I am bad at remember names, but she was friendly courteous and very customer oriented. The truck was the right size for what we needed. A+ overall experience.
