ben hThe agent at the Pump & Go tried to get me to return the truck by noon even though I had reserved it for the day and he would not make any effort to correct the error (if that was an error). I had to wait on hold 3 different times to finally get it comfirmed with “scheduling” that I indeed had it for the day. When I returned the truck the agent tried to make me feel bad saying “that was definitely more than 4 hours”. Unbelievable! He was just trying to get the truck back so he could rent it again “for the day” to double up on his commission. Shady practice U-Haul!
