ROGERS BI was overcharged and nobody could explain why I was told look at the receipt Well if I understood the receipt Inwouldnt have to call U
MONIQUE ALocation was fine but my pick up reservation was for 8am and they didn’t open until 9 so I had to wait an hour. This was after changing my pick up location from close to my house to way on the other side of town right before the time I had to leave. Very unhappy with how everything g was handled.
