I did not choose to take the insurance but they charged me anyways. The woman just gave me the truck and then three hours later, she called and said she forgot to take down my personal information. I was happy to help her correct her mistake but then she decided to charge me the insurance when I never wanted it in the first place.
James FI have had such a great experience from reservations, to being transferred to a location which was even better for pick up and delivery, to a great and friendly check in, easy return, and phone check in.
