Bryan with Bayou Storage Downtown went above and beyond to make sure our first U-Haul experience was excellent. We needed a trailer for our wedding to bring food, alcohol, and lots of DIY decorations 6 hours away. He gave me his personal number and was flexible when it came to returning it after we were exhausted from our wedding weekend and what then became an 8 hour drive back. Would definitely recommend him!

CHERMAINE Bmy original reservation was Lake Charles to Bay St. Louis with a drop off in Slidell Louisiana on Saturday the ninth or eighth that reservation got changed because of a couple of people being sick to Tuesday or Wednesday the 12th so when that reservation got changed some pee brain decided that Lake Charles to Bay St. Louis and returning the truck to Lafayette Louisiana, which was only 75 miles from my original station, but 200 miles from my destination don't know what pee brain did that but it cost us an hour and a half while we tried to fix the reservation which we then ended up having to cancel and start over again which also ended up costing me extra mileage
