Bryan was extremely friendly and professional, greeted me at the door and walk me through the process and hooked up the trailer “auto hauler”. Went over all instructions of proper use and walk around that everything was properly working. Upon returning, I received the same positive energy and wall down as he disconnected and asked if everything was ok. Even took the time to ask on my car problems, reason for rental. Above and beyond great service.

once i opened the back of the truck to start loading my belongings, i saw that they had roaches in the back .. i go in my house to grab raid to maybe spray the two i saw but as i started spraying more came out . i went back to the u haul place to see if they could give me a different truck or at least give me some of my money back but the guy i talked to was so rude . he told me there wasn’t any roaches in the back of the truck because he cleaned that truck out this morning … i told him come outside and come look and he then said “ no i don’t need to come outside to see anything because i know there isn’t any “ . if i could upload the pictures i would.
