I love that it was self serve. I spoke with Mr Blanchard and he gave me specific directions. What I am not pleased about is I lost money being behind on a job because U-Haul said I had an outstanding issue with them which could have been related to me the day before when I reserved the truck. However I called and it was a 45 minute wait the first time then I called back it was a 15-17 minute wait but no one got on the phone until 30 minutes later. I was told that I had a previous balance from February 5th which was paid back in February when the balance was emailed to me and here it is June and that still was an issue when it was definitely paid 4 months ago that put me behind schedule causing me to lose money
