Mathew SOnce I've arrived in Lake Charles area, I needed to return the tow-dolly first to be able to unload the truck safe in the parking lot of apartment complex. When I arrive the U-haul place, nobody was there and I had to dissemble the tow-dolly myself and left it there on December 27th (at around 5:10 PM)! I recognized that I got charged extra $20 because I left the tow dolly there after 5:00 PM! I don't think this is FAIR! Probably I will never ever use U-Haul service again!
