I was not told there were more than one type of extra insurance. I accepted the extra charge for insurance thinking it would cover any damage to the UHaul truck or anyother vehicle. We accidentally scrapped my neighbors car with the UHaul truck and when I apprised the office I was told the insurance I paid extra for was only for the UHaul truck. When I asked Kevin at the Lake Elsinore office why I wasn't told there were more types of insurance his response was " we really don't push the other coverages". Well that's nice because now we have to pay for the damage to my neighbors car. WE will take this up with Coroporate.

MATTHEW JI felt that the you associate I dealt with when I came in Was rude not helpful didn't disclose certain informion. Also felt as if I was overcharge. $300 to rent a Van for 2 days is ridiculous. I will never rent from u haul again. I will never recommend u haul to anyone. If anything I would discourage anyone from going to u haul for anything
