Multiple issues: The location itself is not set up yet, the only things set up are his desk and his computer, everything else is still in boxes. The Uhaul representative seemed like he doesn't care at all about the customer or being professional. I had originally requested a 10 ft truck with a utility dolly and a dozen furniture covers, and the Uhaul representative was only able to find an appliance dolly and a couple of blankets that he said were worth more and so he couldn't give me the dozen I had requested. I was planning on using the truck for 2 days but our move took longer than expected and called the store in the morning to ask about returning the truck late and he said it wouldn't be an issue and to drop off the keys in the box and that he wouldn't charge me for bringing it in late. About 4 hours later I get a call from another Uhaul representative saying I've had the truck past my contract and wondering when I was planning on returning it. I told the new Uhaul representative about my conversation with the store Uhaul representative and she said nothing had been notated and that I was currently driving the truck without a contract and I would have to do an extension for another day which would cost me another $60 as well as miles. When I returned the truck the following day the store Uhaul representative apologized for the confusion with being charged for the extra day and told me he would waive the fee. But after leaving I still hadn't seen a reimbursement for the extra fee and about 4 hours later I received another call from Uhaul saying I still hadn't returned the truck yet. This is the worst location for Uhaul and I will never return here and I will never recommend anyone from going to this location.

My reservation was changed the day before pickup to this location. I selected the location we had a had a storage unit at that was also nearby. This location was both inconvenient and disorganized. The truck was not ready for my reservation, the interior was messy and smelled like vinegar, and I’m pretty sure they checked me in via Mobil check-in rather than the usual in store procedure.
Melissa CWhen we arrived, we had problems with the online process. Once we got past that the truck we were assigned was parked too close to another U-Haul van to the point if we had gotten in it, we would’ve done damage to both vehicles. Once we were assigned a new rental due to not being able to get into the first one, we arrived at our destination and was unable to access the lock on the back of the truck. when we called in, we were given the lock code, but it was wrong. It was to the first truck we rented. We waited 30 minutes before we were able to get in. once we were done picking up what we needed, We went to return the truck to the address sent by text. We arrived at 5:13 on Sunday and dropped off the truck. On Tuesday, I received a call just after 8 o’clock saying I did not drop off the truck in time which was untrue. The person on the phone said she’d call the location and have them check in the truck. Next thing I know I’m being billed for a second time stating that I didn’t turn in the truck until after 10 the next day, again untrue. Then I get billed an additional $95 worst experience and the first time I have ever rented from U-Haul.

Jason BWe ordered a furniture dolly and paid for it but they gave us appliance dolly which we didn’t use and still paid. They didn’t informed us in advance and no resolution was given. Also, the truck wasn’t that clean.
