I was given a vehicle that was marked 3/4 on the paper work but was below a 1/2 tank. Then I got a call a few days after asking for the truck when it had been turned in. The business had already been open one full day and was parked in front of the main door. I told the woman on the phone about the fuel tank. She stated she would speak to the person and make a “note” of it. They charged me for the fuel that was not in there and that I did not use. They also changed the pick up location at the last minute without me actually accepting it. A voicemail, followed by a text message, and immediately after a change in location.

Jacob ENever received such horrible service from U-Haul. The back of the truck was full of boxes upon arrival, the radio didn’t work, they took nearly a month to bill me, I asked the clerk for a trash can to dispose the trash left in the truck and he said they didn’t have one.
