Make sure there is the equipment with the truck that was ordered for it. I had to call customer service to find another place to pick up the equipment. They didn't know how to use my discount certificate that I received from U-Haul, because of the problem I had with my last truck rental. I didn't get any discount. But the guy was very nice.
