The drop box was not easy to find. Maybe put a sign somewhere in the parking lot showing wher the drop box is?

The app wouldn't work on location at pickup or drop off. And the attendant had absolutely no idea what he was doing. He had to call someone to assist him multiple times to complete both pickup and drop off.

RAJENDRA NI only have compliments for this office. The people running it really understand what it takes to make it simple for the renters. The trucks are there when they said they would be, loaded with the blankets, hand trucks, etc. I've used this location a couple times now and I'm sure I'll be back.
JAMES MCar trailer worked great, they helped hook it up and get it ready. Wish uhaul would sell these trailers at their end of service life, these things are great.
