I am literally in an active dispute over this rental. I did not receive the furniture mats I requested and was charged for. There was equipment failure I had to resolve myself because the locksmith UHaul called when I requested roadside assistance wanted me to mess with the battery while the key was in the ignition. UHaul customer service has been radio silent. Miserable.
