They charged way to much mileage and gas

Lisa M.Ride Share/Mobile App was cumbersome as the location had little experience with customers using the app. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind, but I still had to go inside, verify my license, get the dolly and get the key as it was not in the lockbox. What should have taken 5 minutes on the app took 30 minutes. Great staff, just needs more training on preparing for a mobile app pick up.
