LARRY CPlease inspect your equipment before sending it out! We had two tires (so all of them) need to be replaced during our trip from Lake Stevens, WA to Oklahoma City. The first tire blew out roughly 25 miles south of La Grange, OR. When the roadside assistance dispatched driver arrived to install the new tire he checked the air pressure on the still intact tire on the drivers side. He found the tire pressure at 85PSI, well above recommended operating pressure. It can only be assumed that the this was the cause of the blow out for the passenger side tire. He aired reset the air pressure to 65PSI and informed me that the damage may already be done. He informed us to pay attention to the tire and if any abnormal vibration is felt to stop and inspect the roundness of the tire. Fast forward to Lyman, WY. about 20 miles outside of Lyman a vibration that initially stated in eastern Utah became more and more persistent and intense. We pulled off and Lyman and inspected the tire and found it to be bulging in multiple places. Roadside assistance was then called yet again and the other tire required replacement. We had no more issues the rest of the trip. On the Brightside, the roadside assistance team the there network of obviously more capable dealers were extremely fast at getting us back on the road safely and quickly. I have NEVER received such great and FAST service when stuck on the side of the road.
