I was able to pick up the truck i reserved even though the uhaul network was down. He did everything he new to get me my truck.

Make sure all lights work on trailer
EDWARD WWay too dark kind of sketchy being alone and having to walk around the truck during after hours pick up there are no security lights just very creepy

KORIE FThe running board on the rental can is a very poor design, and could very easily cause a fall while exiting the vehicle from any door. The grit tape grabs the bottom of the shoe and cause you to fall forward. The running board needs to wider!!
