People was awesome. The issue i had is when I called customer to change size of truck they advised i just needed to return the truck and go pick up the 26 ft. When I went to pick up i was advised I had to pay again and wait for refund on 20ft. Customer rep did not advise this. I had to come up with another 800+ dollars that I didn't have. They called the place i returned the truck and they said it world take 15 mins to process. Its now the next day and I have yet to receive my refund.
SHANA BDriver side and cargo area was very sandy. I had to sweep out before I out anything in it.
Telene TNot put 3 30 dollar charges on someones bank account each day that the transaction is processing, and have the scheduled pick up actually be on time and not 40 minutes late.
