I paid $50 dollars for the U-Haul and used it only for 30 minutes and 1 mile cause the load wasn’t ready yet. It’s was a huge waste for me.

The vehicle was not maintained. The maintain tire sensor was going off. I had to stop and fill the tires with air. I have pictures if you want to see of the sensor light and the tire light.
SCOTT CThis location is very tiny and was NOT equipped to drop off a 26ft truck. I was also sent two different drop off instructions to my phone and the contract. I don't have anything negative to say about this particular location or staff, but our overall experience with U-haul has been ABYSSMAL
