Have gas available in your pumps. This way I do not have to put miles on the vehicle to go to another gas station to fill up when there is one here.
Tasha FWe wait for more than 2 hours for the truck then they create a duplicate contract and charge me for 3 days wen we use the truck for less than 24 hours. After 5 phone calls was resolved.
Pablo VIt took us a long time to find where we had to park the U-Haul truck. I suggest putting in the description that it’s behind or around the back side of the shopping plaza as that is where U-Haul vehicles are parked and where the lock box is located.
Sondra SKeys were not in vehicle, no customer support when contacting customer service, was charged for extra days when vehicle was returned prior to drop off time. Was not a good experience and will only be picking up from u-haul locations from now on.
