No one was at the location at our scheduled pick up time. We waited outside and tried different doors, but no one was there. We tried the emergency number, but only reached a voice mailbox. Thirty five minutes after our appointment time, an employee arrived. She was apologetic and efficient, which is why I gave two stars instead one. I would recommend this location to neighbor, but only because of the convenience to the neighborhood.
