I never rented a U-Haul from you! This is fraud!! I have never been to Florida

WILLIAM FI never got my dolly and need a refund for it. When I picked it up the person did not speak English so did not tell me I needed to grab it myself. The person told me when I returned the truck.
Donna SMy equipment had rust on them. They worked pretty well but was just seemed old. My truck drove kind of well. Most importantly, I was charged twice on my credit card for $114 each time. My rental was only $89. I did a self check in but the host told me to check in with her.
