I never got my dolly and need a refund for it. When I picked it up the person did not speak English so did not tell me I needed to grab it myself. The person told me when I returned the truck.

John SI ended up at this location because where I reserved my truck did not have one when I got there. So for the third time in recent months I had to drive further away and was late getting to where I needed to, so I got to pay guys to stand around and wait for me. This location was very good. Easy in and out. But third time U-Haul has not had my reserved equipment. Time for a new rental company. Maybe budget or Penske
