Our reservation was changed 5 times the day before pickup. Showed up on location to pick up the van, no vehicle was attached to our reservation. Spent time on the phone with customer service (they were great), only to be told that we can get $10 off our reservation to drive 20 more minutes north to pick up at YET another location. What was supposed to take roughly 45 minutes ended up taking 2 hours, not accounting for having to return to an even further location. Offering $10 off a reservation is insulting at best, especially when you are renting to a business. Half of this transaction should have been refunded if you cared about customer service. We have two year-long UHaul storage units in 2 different parts of the country, we rent from your company for every tradeshow we attend. Now I'm re-evaluating.

I will not be recommending u-haul to anyone ,I had a poor experience picking up the U-Haul and dropping it off,it was a waste of time ,hire people with better customer service that speak and understand english,but the customer service line was a big help and they resolved the issue I had right away
