I had a reservation to pick up a 20 ft truck on Oct 22nd at 10am. After 45 agonizing minutes of the employees struggling to figure out the computer system, I was told Uhauls computer system was completely down and they couldn't give me the truck. The employee said the Uhaul computer system goes down about every 6 weeks and were truly sorry. I left Uhaul without a truck and no way to move my furniture and totally put a wrench in our plans. They called me hours later when the computer system was back up, but at that time I had set up another reservation with another company. I don't have confidence to ever rent from Uhaul again due to this service failure.
