When arriving the person who greeted me just grunted. I waited for a word to come out of his mouth and he said”what do you want”. I said to pick up a U-Haul and he walked away. Then he turned and motioned me to follow. He took me to the U-Haul guy and the U-Haul guy was great. The initial greeter reminded me of something out of the movie “deliverance”. A weird place for sure, that’s why the average rating. I would rate the U-Haul guy excellent, as he took care of hitch and explained everything to me. He got me the furniture blankets and was very kind. The initial greeter, not so much.
