When I arrived to drop off location there were (1) no visible U-Haul sign, (2) the address (building number) was not posted. I walked behind two building to search for this drop off location and finally found it after 10 minutes. It is unacceptable. When I called to U-Haul dispatcher to find out where I can drop of the key, I was informed by U-Haul that actually I should go to Germantown. According to my booking agreement with U-Haul, I choose Damascus location, so then I declined Germantown location to operator stating that this kind of changes are unacceptable. Again, location is 1 star, and U-Haul corporate office is 1 star. REALLY THE WORST SERVICE.

Elton NThis location and service was terrible, i was really regret to rent a truck from that location i was return the truck with 1 mile drive and full fuel and correct parking spot but they did not update return process for more than 24 hours and then threat me that fuel is not full even i had evidence of before and after miles and fuel truck number each and everything. I was my first experience with uhaul but terrible and not gonna rent in future if this kind of customer services you providing. Thanks
