I asked for desk help, not online. My location got changed to location out in middle of nowhere, sketchy service, no person to help us.. took one and a half hours to get truck, drive to another location to get supplies, truck check engine light went on, had to get that checked. Very pissed by end of that.

The Lamoine location is app only but there is no cell phone signal to do so. I had to drive back and forth into town multiple times just to pick up and drop off. Ellsworth is worth the extra few minutes to use instead Clearer directions posted at the location on how to use the app might be helpful to others. Other than that the U-Haul itself was as expected!
Kim PIt took me over an hour and half to get the truck rental done. I had a reservation but had to make several calls to get everything worked out while standing next to the truck they said was not there. This is a remote pick up location, which I was unaware of. The app they want you use "check yourself out" did not work. I was on the phone for 45 to go through the process with a Uhaul Rep. to get everything settled.
Fred CGreat folks to work with!
Todd EWhen I arrived to pick up the tow dolly, I was told the one I reserved had a damaged fender and would not be available. They were going to switch me to a different one but then realized that one had the damaged fender and not the original one. Somehow the damage reported was switched, so I took the one I reserved. I had no issue hooking it up, towing or driving. When I returned it, I got a call on the way home that the tow arm was damaged and bent way to the right. I thought it looked a bit odd when I hooked it up for the return trip, but never thought anything about it as I assumed it was inspected before I took it. The location was polite enough, but were intimating I had damaged it. I have not heard back from anyone, so I assume they figured it out. All I can figure is that the condition reports in the system are completely incorrect and the other one has a damage report about a bent tongue. Not thrilled to be using damaged equipment.
