The problem was when i return the truck at the drop off location using the mobile app. The screen displayed blank after clicking continue.

The truck we rented was filthy inside with trash and papers from the previous person, crumbs everywhere and the cargo box was extremely dusty. Radio knob doesn't work so you couldn't turn the volume down or off.
