It was a new van Rental (NOT CLEANED), however I feel like I was scammed. My rental was Friday to Monday and I want to WARN others to beware of this rental LOCATION! While LGT physically rented to me on Friday at noon verifying my return on Monday at noon, there was NO mention of an after hours charge? The LGT business was open and the owner sarcastically said the UHaul part of the business was closed on Monday's (Yes, according to the website), but felt this was an underhanded way to secure additional funds, since he was sitting right in front of the UHaul computer on his desk AND NOT AT ALL FRIENDLY AND SERVICE ORIENTED!

BRIAN DNot the best customer service. LTG Tire was unable to answer my question about how long I could rent a U-Haul truck before incurring a second-day rental fee, stating that they “weren’t U-Haul and can't answer those questions.” Additionally, I had reserved a hand truck, but on the morning of my move, when I arrived to pick up the truck, I was told none were available. If that was the case, why was I able to reserve one online? This unexpected issue made my moving day more difficult than it needed to be. Had I been informed in advance, I could have made other arrangements.
JAMIE J*This was not my original pickup location.* We had a bit of a confusion picking up the U-Haul truck. When we got to my original pickup location, no one was there to assist us, and the key was not in the box for pickup, so there was no way for me to actually use the truck. I don't think that this was U-Haul's fault, but it did set me back by about an hour and a half. However, when I called U-Haul, they were very helpful and were able to get me a new location (this location) and truck within the hour, as well as added a $50 credit to my account. I was able to get on the road and move in to my apartment successfully. Thank you!
