My phone doesn’t let me download apps and when my husband tried to download it it kept giving an error message “oops something went wrong”. However your customer service was wonderful and patient with walking us through the online check in thanks for that!!!!
TRENA BWell to start we were told false information from the respective about our reservation He the respective state to us that we was only going to be charged one but were charged more that what he the respective state so myself call customer service and she states that the he the respective change our reservation then when we dropped the u haul off today we were charged an additional charge so we call customer service and spoke to him about the additional and he state that we had went an additional 1mile which we did not over all this was a bad experience and we are very unsatisfied with this service l will never recommend y'all to anyone we were over charge and mislead poor communication
