How U-Haul Reviews WorkWhen I picked up the truck the car hauler was attached and ready to go. However, the right brake/turn light on the trailer did not work, and shortly after neither side worked. I was unable to get them working by jiggling the connectors, and even by trying a circular adapter at O'Reilly's. I made the whole trip with only tail lights working on the trailer.

walter cCall before you show up. Location not staffed.
Patrick SThe unit was greasy, rusty and grimy upon pick-up. I was rush by the owner to leave. The greasy rust grimy crap in the trailer ruined about $6k of my personal property. I am a repeat customer and this was the worst experience that I have ever had with U-haul.
