I didn't order "safe tow" insurance. It was automatically added. Also tires were completely worn when I got the trailer. I was worried so they wouldn't go flat. Lots of safety issues.

No pads or dolly that was promised. Uhaul had mud and dirt leraves blah all over floor. Location is very rude and has no clue what customer service means in the slightest. Red neck shit hole!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
