I didn't know that the 26 foot truck came with a dolly rental option.
LEONARD Rthey need to make sure that the dollies are secured in the back of the cab. Neither one of them were bolted or scrapped to the cab. They were just loose fitting rolling around in the back and it had trash everywhere..
MELINDA PI received the truck with 3 miles until empty. The reservation was made by phone and was supposed to be a self-pickup. I get there at 7, and it is not available I had to reschedule the movers for 2 hours later, which cost me more money. The man at the desk opened 10 minutes late and was dismissive about the mixup. He never apologized, except for blaming the woman and saying she should have called me. He stated that there was a credit on there for the empty tank, but out of general principle, a truck should never go out with 3 miles until empty. If I missed an exit/turn I would have been S.O.L.
