After renting the trailer and driving 2 hours to load I was unable to use the rental as the ramp opening was 2’ narrower than the actual trailer. I tried to explain and exchange at another facility and was told there would be a $1000 charge forcing me to drive back 2 hrs and return the unit at original facility. Rented from another local business and accomplished the task the next day..
