Not very clean. A/C didn't work on a SCORCHING hot day. Was given a quote of $69.xx when initially reserved. Wasn't informed that we'd be paying a charge per mile. Total paid was $158.xx. Although reserved ahead of time, pickup took a considerably long time. Dropping off took quite a bit of time as well.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe windshield wipers only worked on high and when they were shut off, they would just stop in the middle of the window, so it was a skill to get them to go back to regular. The dolly did not have any connections in the trailer so it just swung around and flew around and was very loud and noisy, and it was completely disgusting. When I picked it up. It was covered in grass and the inside had to be swept out before I could use it because it was full of grass as well. I would like a partial refund, please.
Emily BTrailer was dirty. Also got “safetow5k” added on to my bill. I never signed up for that. Never agreed to that. Never asked for that. It was added on without my consent.

Joseph SWhy was the pick up a Convience store/ weed store/ liquor store/ restaurant/ uhaul pick up? I had received a call saying that we would get a discount for moving locations from the Liberty location. That was not applied and the cashier was confused. Cashier was also actively eating while putting in my information. Alongside with my location getting moved the mileage wasn’t allocated correctly. Since the location got moved my miles went over what was allocated, since that location was much farther from my home.
