Trailer was dirty. Also got “safetow5k” added on to my bill. I never signed up for that. Never agreed to that. Never asked for that. It was added on without my consent.

Ensure trailer lights are working properly
Joseph SWhy was the pick up a Convience store/ weed store/ liquor store/ restaurant/ uhaul pick up? I had received a call saying that we would get a discount for moving locations from the Liberty location. That was not applied and the cashier was confused. Cashier was also actively eating while putting in my information. Alongside with my location getting moved the mileage wasn’t allocated correctly. Since the location got moved my miles went over what was allocated, since that location was much farther from my home.
