This location is not suited for renting of trailers - there is too much heavy truck repair going on which was chaotic, and in terms of the trailer hookup everything was blocked and I could not simply pull in/back up and hook up. It took an extra 45 minutes to get my trailer hooked up as it was sitting sideways against a trailer and had to be pulled out by several staff onto to the roadway , my truck was then blocking the street to connect up the trailer. The staff member who signed out my trailer was not immediately available either that caused yet more delay. There is no dedicated parking space for the rental trailer(s) either , when I dropped it off I had to park it sideways to the road, blocking a garbage dumpster. I will not be renting from this location ever again. The trailer worked fine however and your staff were great when I had to add an extra day rental. Thank you!

Poor signage. Had to search for staff. Utterly filthy toilets. Office disorganized and messy. I would not allow family or people i care about to visit this location. Considering that this location is a mere 5 minutes from a much more orderly and professional outlet I would suggest that rentals from this location me sent to another for pickup.
ADRIAN AThis location is unorganized and dirty. The staff are friendly and helpful and they sorted out the error that they made at drop-off but I don’t think this location overall reflects the values U-Haul is trying to project. I will definitely rent from another location next time.
ROLF GI phone the pickup location the day before due to U-haul systems being down to confirm. I booked the truck at 9am and was told, oh can you come at 9:30? I proceeded to say unfortunately not as I booked it at 9am and we are moving. They told me that was fine, when we arrived to collect the truck at 9am no one was there and waited till 9:40am - at this time someone arrived and they didn't know how to check out 'dispatch' the truck. We went over and over the issue for another 15-20 minutes. Now putting me one hour late for my move out. Finally they dispatched the truck. HOURS later after driving for 2 hours U-haul calls me to ask if I am collecting my truck today. I told them I have the truck, they noted the truck had not been dispatched and I am driving with no valid contract and no insurance, this is completely dangerous and unacceptable. I then had to stop my move, reload drivers licence and validate everything again in the middle of my day. The truck had no fuel when picked up and absolutely no one knew what to do to dipatch. I also rented another UHaul from Downtown location and had NO ONE at the pickup and unable to use the mobile pickup as the location had not set up properly. Overall horrible experience.
