Absolutely worst service i have used. Guy was an hour late for my pick up and charged me for a whole tank of gas when it was only a quarter when I got it.

The drop off procedure was confusing the people weren't clear about what was required. They seemed to just walk around looking for scratches. I luckily found out that I can check it out using the app and did thst afterwards anyway.
