Terrible service I waited 30 minutes for pickup because the office was empty. To make matters worse,they overcharged me for 4 miles. I asked for joint inspection when I returned the truck,but he said it was okay without checking. Watch out for hidden miles charges here

When I got to the location where they directed me to go, there was no one there to help us check in and we had to wait a very long time for someone to give us the keys. I would never recommend this to somebody.

Dax MThe drop off procedure was confusing the people weren't clear about what was required. They seemed to just walk around looking for scratches. I luckily found out that I can check it out using the app and did thst afterwards anyway.
