Staff is very helpful
Imaan SI booked this location as I did not want to do mobile pickup - I wanted to deal with an actual person at pick up. When I got there shortly before our pick up time, I was told to use the app. I wasted precious time downloading an app I didn't want to use and when we got to the part of matching the code to the truck (the only truck visible at this location) - it didn't. We looked high and low for this truck number and it was not in sight. So back I went in to find someone and finally there was a very accommodating lady who was able to finish up the process and walked me over to another vehicle which was hidden behind the building (which I would not have found!) So we finally had our keys 45 minutes later. I tried calling the customer service line for UHAUL and there was a 45 minute wait. I tried the App chat option - 40 minute wait. I am never using UHAUL again. I'd rather pay more at an other truck rental where customer service is still valued. What a lousy experience.

Kelly HTruck needs serious maintenance. Alignment was off. Sounded sluggish when driving it.
