I returned the truck cleaner than when I picked it up. Too many e-mails and text messages were sent. Check out on line could have been easier. I would rent there again.

Door nearly impossible to open. Wiper blades were knackered.
Pamela MThe only complaint that I have is that U-Haul called me a day before I had to return it trying to hurry me because someone else was waiting. If I have a 4 day rental then leave me alone unless I am late. This is not in the return location but U-Haul out of Casper Wyoming.
BRIAN PFellow was super chill and just helped us hook up and check the lights. Super smooth. They forgot to call us the day before, but when I called uhaul we were able to find out that was the location to go to pretty promptly, so overall a great experience.
