Everything went fine, and the truck worked ok. But, it has been beaten within an inch of its life, and appears to have a pretty substantial exhaust leak under the chassis. That's readily apparent on startup and under load. It didn't cause fumes to enter the cab, but I think you should fix that soon.
Cam WGood folks work here. The other location in Laramie that is connected to the towing company should be avoided. Only use this location in Laramie.
