Firstly, verify the equipment is available. I called ahead of time to verify and to tell them I would be an hour late getting the equipment. I show up and no auto transport. The counter had empty water bottles,used napkins, empty paper sleeves. I hope I dont have to deal with these folks again. I don't understand how uhaul would have a place like this representing them. The clerk had no idea what he was doing trying to fill the forms!!!

They charge me cause the U-Haul was dirty and the blankets were unfolded that’s the way we got it from Laredo and turn it the same way so I want my money back whatever they charged me
