This location did great! Uhaul itself is unorganized, not dependable and now, my last option. I booked the rental and your people in background tried to pitch me a worthless discount to pick the vehicle up at another location and when your systems wouldn't allow me to respond to the message and decline, you took it upon yourself to cancel my reservation. Luckily, Vaultra is more reliable than you and they got us the truck - but thank God they weren't already booked. I will never resort to using your services again for this reason.

Patrick MThe drop-off location was listed as suitable for after-hours returns. However, when we arrived at 5:15 p.m. on Sunday to return the U-Haul, a locked gate prevented us from accessing the parking lot. We then had to spend time trying to contact the location, which was already closed. The person who we reached told us that because we didn’t pick up the U-Haul truck from this location in the first place we could not return it there. Finally a cleaning employee saw us and let us in to the gated parking lot and complete the return. U-Haul should do a much better job of providing clear after-hours drop-off instructions for this location. This experience was unnecessarily stressful at the end of a long 2 days of moving and has left us hesitant to use U-Haul again in the future.
