ramin tOriginally, I rented at Sahara n Cimarron but we couldn’t open the lock for almost 2 hours even with the representative on the phone with us. It was so hot and miserable and good thing. The location on for Apache and train has trucks and real people inside that will help us. Renting without the real people in the office sucks it was frustrating. You should check all your locks and make sure they open. That’s really sucks. I was so upset and so was my husband.. I will not ever rent from the location, On Sahara and Cimarron ever again

KATINKA LThe system was slow because of Memorial Day weekend, but it caused a lot of us in the line lost time to begin our moves! That being said, the owner of the store and the workers were friendly and apologetic.
