The facility was clean, and the customer service was pretty good, however, both times I rented from this location I was overly charged both times. The first truck simply came with a dolly, and I was charged for the dolly, even though I never signed any agreement for a dolly. The other time I filled the gas to where the line originally was before, but apparently upon return it was ever so slightly below and I was charged another $35 for gas. Horse shit.

I already knew she had my business, but to come back after all this time and see she’s still doing a great job just goes to show she’s a good owner! ❤️
