Gizelle at the Ship Center in Las Vegas is absolutely outstanding. We have rented vehicles on several occasions and she ensures everything is perfect! She is knowledgable, kind, and truly goes to the ends of the earth for her customers…. this outlet could be the poster child for every outlet! She and her staff should be praised and her approach to customer service should be the model for all U-Haul outlets!!
