Truck they gave us started to misfire so we called uhaul roadside assistance they came and towed the truck, went back the next day because they said they had another truck for us but they didn’t so they sent us to another location and didn’t get a truck till 10:30 am. Didn’t even give us compensation for the inconvenience

David DThe vehicle was in need of a lot of repair, it is old and rickety. I had to slam the door several times before it would stick. The seat was ripped and worn. The whole thing rattled like crazy. Rough ride. I would suggest buying some new vehicles that don't have roll-up windows - it just screams old.
