When we picked up the truck the woman was very rude & condescending to us for no reason. she seemed to be having a bad day & took it out on us. On top of that the truck we received had a terrible putrid smell inside the back. Unbearable. It smelled like old trash or a dead animal. It ruined the moving experience. usually U-Haul is great but this time is was not up to my standards.

kristina mWe loved the wonderful lady to at helped us with our rental in Lathrop,ca she was a totally amazing compared to they last time I had a rental in Tracy U-HAUL in the Tracy bowling alley. They charged us $2 a mile and didn’t tell us til we returned the rental. Thank you Lathrop U-HAUL for the great service.
