ALL GOOD
David MI had to return to the location to get the trailer checked in. Business was closed Friday, Saturday and was after noon on Monday before I found anyone present. Website stated they were open all those days after 8 am. Nice enough but informed me that they would check it in and didn't do it while I was present.

Stacy TAfter hours pick up at a poorly lighted place. The Truck was awkwardly parked, cab was unlocked and the back door was unlocked. The key was found thrown up in the back of the truck. The worst problem was the rear view mirror on the passenger side was loose and nonfunctional!! Very dangerous!!!

Cornell WThe day after returning the vehicle to Willy's Tire Shop, I received a call from a very rude woman from UHaul in Jackson accusing me of not returning the vehicle. I informed her that we had in fact returned the vehicle the day before and then she said, "I'll call the location". Why didn't she call the location first before calling to accusing me of a late return? Pretty stupid to rudely accuse your customers of something before actually checking on the facts.

Ervin MI don't like to give a negative review unless it is absolutely necessary. In this case, it is necessary. First, the U-Haul shop is connected to the tire shop and does is not clearly identifiable. We had to ask the tire shop if they were the ones providing the truck and they pointed out the U-Haul office. Second, if I was a single woman renting from this location, I would turn around and find another place to rent a vehicle. With a dog on a leash barking at cars entering the parking lot, I would be very hesitant to get out of my car and walk around looking for the office. With that being said, the 15' truck we rented was the ONLY truck available in the eastern Mississippi area on the weekend we chose to move. The truck was ready and clean but compared to other locations we have rented from, I cannot recommend this location.
Cheryl HThe location seems a bit sketchy outside particularly due to its surroundings, and there doesn't seem to be a lot of room for parking moving trucks. We returned on a Sunday, so they were closed indoors. However, the rep for that location was quick and helpful in responding to our call/text when asking about returning our truck.

monaca jThe empty (unloaded) 6'X12' cargo trailer has a very heavy tongue weight and has no jack. This creates a problem when attempting to connect it to the pull vehicle. There should be a folding jack on this particular size unit. Otherwise, it is a great trailer.
