J'ai louer le camion le 31 mars pour le 1er juillet, nous sommes arrivés et la compagnie était fermée donc impossible de récupérer les clés. Nous sommes allés sur l'application rien ne fonctionnait, sa nous a pris 1h30 pour réussir a parler a quelqu'un et enfin récupérer les clés du camion. J'ai trouver mon expérience vraiment désagréable.
Jennifer MNo control on the return times for the previous reservation so no keys in the box.. made me drive to a new location where no truck was even available so i have to drive back to the original truck but wait for they employe to arrive and open the return box. I do not recommend the self serve service because it seems to be lacking organisation
